DAY 1:OSH TO KOJOKELEN VILLAGE

Embark on the journey from the historical city of Osh to the quaint village of Kojokelen (2200m), serving as the starting point for your trek. Revel in the remarkable scenery unfolding during the 4-hour drive, immersing yourself in the picturesque landscapes.

After 3.5 hours on the road, arrive at Kojokelen village, a serene rural settlement nestled in the foothills. Take a moment to appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings. Before dinner, embark on a short walk to explore the beautiful gorge located above the village, providing a taste of the natural beauty that awaits during the trek.

DAY 2.TREK FROM KOJOKELEN OVER SARY BELL PASS TO KOSHMOINOK VALLEY

Ready for an adventure? Day 2 kicks off with a 12 km trek from Kojokelen over the Sary Bell Pass to the mesmerizing Koshmoinok Valley. Get set for a 7-hour journey, conquering ascents and descents totaling 1013m and 412m, respectively.

Feast on breakfast, bid farewell to our wonderful hosts, and let the trekking tales unfold. Our first challenge: a wooden bridge. Cross it like a champ! Then, brace yourself for a 5-hour uphill hike, treating your eyes to the breathtaking spectacle of a gorge adorned with crimson rock formations – the legendary "Three Dragon Gorge," a true Kyrgyzstan gem.

As you conquer the heights, be prepared for the grand reveal of the rugged Kichik Alay Mountains atop the pass. The journey continues along the path, winding through hills with glimpses of snow-kissed Pamir landscapes in the distance. DAY 3. TREK TO BESHKOL CAMP VIA KYZYL SHORO VILLAGE

Day 3 unfolds as a challenging yet exhilarating adventure, covering a hefty 20 km in an 8-hour trek with an ascent of 1749m and a descent of 868m.

Rev up your energy engines with a hearty breakfast as we gear up for a demanding day. The trail starts throwing some serious inclines our way, taking us up about 400 meters through lush grass meadows and pastures to the lofty Koshmoinok Pass standing tall at 3,210 meters – a feat achieved in just an hour.

As we conquer the pass, the path gracefully descends through evergreen trees, guiding us to the edge of the valley and eventually leading us to the charming Kyzyl Shoro village in a mere 2 hours. It's lunchtime, and a homestay in the village welcomes us for a much-needed break. Savor a wholesome, home-cooked meal, power up your devices, and treat yourself to a quick hot shower to refresh.

Post-lunch, the journey takes a nearly flat turn towards the next village. But wait, there's a twist! The trail veers south, marking the beginning of a 9 km steep climb along a well-trodden path, passing fields dotted with grazing cows and inviting shepherd's yurts. Tea, anyone?

As you ascend through the valley, the trail dances back and forth across the river, revealing a changing landscape from lush mid-mountain green forests to high alpine rocky and dry terrains. The elevation rises, the scenery transforms, and after 4-5 hours of intensive trekking, you'll find yourself at the Campsite, a welcoming yurt camp nestled at 3,600 meters.

DAY 4. TO ZHANYRYK CAMP OVER SARY MOGOL PASS 4303M

Rise and shine! After a hearty breakfast, our journey unfolds towards the majestic Sary Mogul Pass, standing tall at 4,306 meters. The adventure begins with a scenic stroll alongside a babbling stream, leading us gently to the foot of the pass in a leisurely 1.5 hours.

Now, brace yourselves for the real thrill. We embark on a challenging ascent to the pass, following a barely visible trail that zigzags its way up in a mesmerizing dance over loose scree. The steep climb, covered in the rocky terrain, demands an hour of determination and grit.

DAY 5. TO TULPAR KUL LAKE VIA SARY MOGOL VILLAGE

As we amble along, keep your eyes peeled for the scattered yurts dotting the landscape, housing shepherds immersed in the rhythm of tending to their livestock and the everyday buzz of nomadic life.

Upon reaching the village, a homestay welcomes us with open arms. Dive into a home-cooked lunch that promises to be a delight for your taste buds. Refresh yourself with a soothing shower and revel in the luxury of Wi-Fi – a modern touch in this traditional setting.

Post-lunch, we shift gears as we hop on a drive to the Tulpar Kol yurt camp, a mere hour away from the Lenin Peak Base Camp. DAY 6. TO CAMP ONE OVER TRAVELLER’S PASS

Gear up for the ultimate challenge on Day 6! Today's trek covers a formidable 15 km over 8 hours, featuring an ascent of 910m and a descent of 280m.

Set your alarms early; this is the most demanding leg of the circuit. Post-breakfast, our journey takes us south from the tranquil Tulparkol Lake to the formidable Camp One, boldly standing at 4400 meters right at the foot of Lenin Peak. Along the way, pass by mountaineering camps, setting the tone for the adventure ahead.

The real test begins as we ascend the daunting Traveler's Pass. A steep switchback treats us to breathtaking views of the Pamirs, rewarding the climb with nature's grandeur. Summiting the pass, we descend for a well-deserved lunch, surrounded by the playful presence of many marmots in the area.

Post-lunch, brace yourself for a gradual climb towards Camp One. The last stretch is a challenging uphill battle, intensified by the unpredictable weather conditions that often prevail. The trails here are notorious for their quickly changing quality and accessibility, demanding extreme caution.

Arriving at Camp One, let the panoramic beauty of the glaciated valley beneath Lenin Peak unfold before you. Following lunch, it's time for a smooth transfer back to Osh, concluding this chapter of your Kyrgyzstan expedition.
